Torrential rains and floods caused by the aftermath of Typhoon No. 10 have severely affected many communes and wards across the province. Upholding the spirit of “serving the people,” more than 7,600 officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces have been stationed in affected areas, actively assisting residents through difficult times.
