Tuyen Quang delegation visits China–ASEAN AI Cooperation Center in Guangxi
On February 10, a delegation from Tuyen Quang Province led by Comrade Hau A Lenh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and conducted a field study at the China–ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center and the China–ASEAN Information Harbor in Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China).

The China–ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center and the China–ASEAN Information Harbor focus on developing AI infrastructure, providing open-source platforms, and training AI talent to support practical applications and ensure equitable access to AI technologies.

The Tuyen Quang provincial delegation directly experienced artificial intelligence products and conducted on-site visits to explore AI models and development orientations. AI exhibition booths of Chinese technology companies showcased advanced products such as the Tongyi large language model, humanoid robots, AR glasses, and applications in gaming, education, media, and healthcare, presenting a vivid picture of cross-border scientific and technological cooperation.

Under its “neighborhood diplomacy” policy, China has prioritized the ASEAN region in its external economic and political engagements, aiming to enhance regional connectivity and promote closer relations. In this context, AI cooperation between ASEAN and China reflects a comprehensive strategic vision that seeks to combine technological innovation with risk governance to generate sustainable and balanced benefits for both sides.
