The Ban Thac Women’s Union currently has 124 members, with supporting members’ economic development identified as one of its key tasks.

The union has actively mobilized its members to participate in appropriate livelihood models such as growing mung beans and wax gourds, and raising black pigs and geese. These models make use of local natural conditions, require low investment, and are well-suited to the production capacity of local farmers. As a result, many households have generated stable income from these models, gradually improving their living standards.

In addition, the union’s social and cultural activities have contributed to enriching members’ spiritual life. Through regular meetings, members have opportunities to exchange production experience, share knowledge on family care and child-rearing, and encourage one another to overcome difficulties in life.

Through specific and effective approaches, the Ban Thac Women’s Union has promoted its role in supporting members’ economic and social development, contributing to the locality’s socio-economic development goals in the coming period.
