The international Famtrip delegation conducted site surveys and experiential activities at homestays in Thuong Lam Commune. The delegation included 60 representatives from travel companies, tour operators, and media agencies from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
The program featured the theme “Experiencing the Cultural Colors of Tuyen Quang – the Dong Van Karst Plateau”. During the trip, delegates surveyed key tourist attractions in Tuyen Quang and the linked tourism space of the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Highlights included the Na Hang – Lam Binh Ecotourism Area; community-based tourism models associated with local culture in Thuong Lam Commune and Lo Lo Chai Village (Lung Cu); as well as geological tourism routes and distinctive landscapes of the Dong Van Karst Plateau.
Within the framework of the Famtrip program, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Tourism Association also organized a networking and partnership meeting under the theme “Introducing Tuyen Quang’s Tourism Potential”. The event introduced and promoted the province’s strengths, potential, and distinctive tourism products, while providing a forum for information exchange and discussions on cooperation in developing tour routes linked to the Dong Van Karst Plateau tourism space.
The international Famtrip program is an important tourism promotion activity, contributing to the promotion of Tuyen Quang’s image, potential, and distinctive tourism products to international markets. It also helps strengthen connections and cooperation with foreign travel companies and tour operators, laying the groundwork for developing inter-regional tour routes, attracting international visitors, and promoting the province’s sustainable tourism development.
