Since April 2025, the association has supported 30 breeding cows and 6 calves for 30 households in Village 10, Yen Nguyen commune, with a total value of over VND600 million, funded by Green Cross Switzerland. The project not only provides economic opportunities but also encourages people with disabilities to take active steps toward improving their lives.

To ensure effective implementation, the commune has established the Yen Nguyen Economic Club for People with Disabilities with 44 members, including people with disabilities and family representatives participating in the project. The club has set up a Zalo group connecting members, veterinary staff, association officials, and local authorities to share livestock management experiences, disease updates, and breeding techniques. Members have also received training in cow care, feeding, and disease prevention under the guidance of the provincial Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans and Tien Thanh High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative.

After more than six months of implementation, the project herd has grown from 36 to 46 cows, including 29 breeding cows and 17 calves. In addition to providing livestock, the association has donated VND30 million in cash and essential goods to participating households, while mobilizing families and relatives to assist people with disabilities in caring for their cattle, especially during breeding and calving periods.

The project has not only generated economic benefits but also demonstrated profound humanitarian values, inspiring people with disabilities and orphans to overcome hardship, build confidence, and integrate more fully into the community.
