Lao Chai holds 2026 Job Fair

On the morning of February 25, the People’s Committee of Lao Chai Commune organized the 2026 Job Fair and career counselling event for workers, union members, youth, and students in the area.

Enterprises provide job consultation to workers.

The fair featured 18 booths, including 15 booths from enterprises, recruitment agencies, and vocational training institutions from provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, etc. The remaining three booths, hosted by the commune, introduced information on policies and support for workers, as well as showcased local agricultural products.

At the fair, participating booths provided information on both in-province and out-of-province labor markets; offered career counseling and job placement services; introduced enrollment information; conducted interviews and recruitment; and delivered communications and consultations on labor-related policies, including health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance. Residents also received guidance and support on digital transformation and basic education programs. Workers had the opportunity to directly engage with employers, take part in preliminary interviews, and receive assistance in completing job application documents.

The 2026 Job Fair is a practical activity aimed at connecting labor supply and demand, supporting enterprises in recruitment, and creating opportunities for workers in Lao Chai Commune to find suitable employment. The event contributes to improving incomes and effectively implementing the locality’s sustainable poverty reduction goals.
