Job fair and career orientation event held in Bach Ngoc Commune

On February 26, the People’s Committee of Bach Ngoc Commune, in coordination with the provincial Employment Service and Historical Archives Center and various agencies, units, and enterprises from both inside and outside the province, organized the 2026 Job Fair and Career Orientation Event in the locality.

Enterprises provide job consultations for workers at the event.

This year’s fair featured 17 booths representing reputable companies and businesses from within and beyond the province, offering a wide range of employment opportunities across sectors such as manufacturing, electronic assembly, garment production, processing, construction, services, and overseas labor export. The recruitment positions cater to various educational backgrounds and age groups, creating opportunities for local workers to build stable careers and pursue long-term development.

At the event, job seekers were able to engage directly with recruiters and gain comprehensive information about both domestic and international labor markets. They also received career guidance tailored to their abilities and strengths, along with instructions on vocational training enrollment, participation in social and unemployment insurance schemes, and access to state employment support policies.

The job fair represents a meaningful and practical initiative, serving as an important bridge between businesses and workers. It contributes to sustainable job creation, improved incomes, and greater social stability, while promoting the socio-economic development of Bach Ngoc Commune in the new period.
