A warm spring for union members and workers

Guided by the motto “Ensuring Every Union Member and Worker Enjoys Tet,” trade unions at all levels across Tuyen Quang Province have rolled out a wide range of timely and practical activities to care for union members and workers during the Lunar New Year 2026, helping to bring a warm and joyful spring to the grassroots level.

The grassroots trade union of Ha Giang Mechanical and Minerals Joint Stock Company presents Tet gifts to union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.

According to the Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor, plans for Tet care activities were drawn up and implemented early under the theme “Reunion Tet - Spring of Gratitude to the Party.” Activities have been organized flexibly and diversely, ensuring practicality, safety and effectiveness, while creating a cheerful atmosphere that helps workers feel secure and committed to their enterprises and the Trade Union.

At many enterprises, Tet care has been carried out proactively and comprehensively. A notable example is Chung Jye Tuyen Quang Footwear Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which paid a 13th-month salary bonus and distributed Tet gifts to all 5,800 union members and workers, while also organizing year-end parties and cultural, artistic and sports activities to strengthen cohesion within the company. Many other grassroots unions have held “Union Year-End Meals,” paid visits and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

A highlight this year is the Union Tet Market - Spring 2026, organized in an online format, enabling thousands of union members to purchase essential goods at preferential prices. In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized “Reunion Tet - Spring of Gratitude to the Party” programs in various localities, presenting thousands of Tet gift packages and providing support for train and bus tickets to help workers travel home for Tet and return to work safely and conveniently.

Through these meaningful and compassionate activities, the Trade Union of Tuyen Quang Province continues to affirm its role in caring for and safeguarding the material and spiritual well-being of workers, contributing to the spread of a warm, humane and joyful spring atmosphere throughout the province.
