In response to the volunteer programs “Winter 2025” and “Volunteer Spring 2026,” the youth of Tuyen Quang Province have simultaneously launched a series of practical and meaningful activities, spreading warmth and the spirit of mutual support and solidarity across localities, especially in remote and disadvantaged areas.
The program is implemented from November 2025 to February 2026, with key activities including: “Warm Winter for Children” and care for younger generations; community healthcare; support for disadvantaged youth, workers, and ethnic minority youth; organizing start-up training courses, legal consultations, and job placement for union members and young people; raising awareness on border protection; providing farmers with technical support to prevent cold damage and protect crops and livestock; preserving ethnic cultural identity, among others.
In addition, social welfare activities such as building and repairing charity houses, constructing rural roads, and building bridges for local communities have been widely carried out, mobilizing substantial social resources. These activities have been organized extensively and effectively, closely aligned with the actual needs of each locality and unit.

| The Youth Union of Tan Trao Commune presented bicycles to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. |

| The youth of Tien Yen Commune took on a pioneering and volunteer role in participating in the construction of New Rural Areas. |

| The Youth Union of Bac Quang Commune organized the distribution of gifts to disadvantaged families and set up a “zero-dong” clothing stall. |

| The Youth Union Branch of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Public Security Hospital coordinated with other units to donate three clothing cabinets and organize a confectionery and milk party for 120 pupils of Khuan Thang Kindergarten, Hung Duc Commune. |

| Some grassroots Youth Union units also organized mock trials and conducted legal awareness campaigns on the Law on Military Service and the Law on Road Traffic Safety for union members and young people. |

| The youth of Dong Van Commune organized a gift distribution to disadvantaged families in the area. |

| Youth union members of Hung An Commune organized free haircut services for local people and students. |

| Many activities carried out by the youth of Tuyen Quang have been highly appreciated by Party committees, local authorities, and the people. |
The youth of Tuyen Quang have affirmed and continue to affirm their pioneering and volunteer role in socio-economic development. Through these activities, an enabling environment has been created for union members and young people to train, contribute, and grow, thereby improving the quality of Youth Union and Association organizations and making them increasingly strong. The volunteer spirit has ignited a flame of hope, creating a warm winter and a loving spring in the revolutionary homeland, the borderland, and the northernmost frontier of the Fatherland.
