Practical emulation to welcome the First Provincial Party Congress

These days, agencies, sectors, organizations, units, and localities across the province are buzzing with the spirit of labor and production emulation in anticipation of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025–2030.

At major provincial projects in Tuyen Quang, work is entering the final stretch. In factories and workshops, workers and laborers are diligently engaged in their tasks, all striving toward the common goal of achieving new accomplishments.

In administrative agencies and units, emulation movements are focused on enhancing the awareness and responsibility of organizations and individuals, especially leaders, in institutional reform, civil service reform, digital government development, improving the quality of public services, administrative procedure reform, as well as improving the investment and business environment to promote socio-economic development.

These emulation movements all aim to foster pride and a sense of responsibility among every citizen in building a prosperous, civilized homeland.

The First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025–2030, is a significant political event of great importance to the entire Party organization and people of the province. As the first congress since the merger of the provincial-level administrative units, it marks the beginning of a new chapter. This is not only a major political event but also a festival of willpower, aspiration, and unity of the entire Party, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province. The congress will open a new era for the province’s development—an opportunity for the people of Tuyen Quang to join hands in building a comprehensively developed and sustainable province, worthy of its proud historical traditions.
