In communes and wards, celebratory works have focused on essential community infrastructure such as schools, medical stations, sports facilities, and cultural projects.
In Bac Quang commune, the renovation of the Viet Quang lake campus has been inaugurated; in Nhu Khe commune, the new Nhu Khe Primary School and the “Green Light” project - installing solar-powered lamps at the Commune People’s Committee headquarters - were completed; while in Ngoc Duong commune, a new inter-field road in Ta Vai hamlet was opened.
In Yen Son commune, the Chan Son Kindergarten project was inaugurated, including an administration building, a kitchen, and supporting facilities, with a total investment of over VND6 billion from the National Target Program on New Rural Development (2021–2025). The project now meets the learning needs of 15 class groups with more than 300 children, demonstrating the commitment of Party committees and local authorities to education and training.
Lung Cu commune, the northernmost point of the country known for its majestic mountains, also celebrated its Party Congress with the “Flower Road and Stone Fence” project along the route leading to the Lung Cu National Flag Tower. The initiative was jointly implemented by police officers, border guards, and local ethnic communities.
Beyond construction projects, the emulation movement to honor the Party Congresses has spread widely among the people, featuring meaningful activities such as building “bright–green–clean–beautiful” roads, flower-lined “Roads Dedicated to the Party,” launching new economic models, planting trees, and cleaning the environment.
These concrete projects and initiatives not only embody the affection and responsibility of officials, Party members, and local people of all ethnic groups, but also reflect their strong confidence and aspirations for a new tenure - one of innovation, growth, modernization, and steady progress into a new era.
