On the morning of October 30, in Lai Chau Province, the Joint Working Group between four Vietnamese border provinces of Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and Dien Bien and China’s Yunnan Province held its 11th meeting to review the implementation of the 10th meeting minutes and sign a new cooperation agreement for the coming period.
Provincial Road DT.178 is a key transportation project connecting Quang Binh with communes in Xin Man area. The route plays an important role in boosting the socio-economic development of the western region of the province. Despite challenges from rugged terrain, heavy rainfall, and prolonged site clearance issues, the project is being accelerated thanks to the decisive direction of the investor and the efforts of contractors.

Yasushi Saito, regarding the biomass power plant project in Tuyen Quang.
The Tuyen Quang – Ha Giang expressway is a key infrastructure project in the northern mountainous region, carrying strategic significance in removing transport bottlenecks, boosting socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security. To complete the project on schedule, the province is implementing multiple solutions to secure sufficient construction materials.
In recent times, Tuyen Quang province has focused on investing in and constructing key projects, demonstrating its determination in emulation, innovation, and creativity. These projects have been completed and put into operation, creating a civilized and modern architectural and infrastructural landscape for the province.
On August 28, Comrade Hoang Gia Long, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Park Dong Chul, Chief Representative of Good Neighbors International (GNI) in Vietnam.
