Ensuring export progress, strengthening presence in international markets
In the early days of 2026, enterprises across Tuyen Quang Province are mobilizing maximum resources and accelerating production to ensure on-time delivery of export orders, particularly those scheduled for shipment ahead of the Lunar New Year.
At the beginning of the year, Tuyen Quang LGG Garment Company – Yen Son Branch successfully exported a shipment of more than 100,000 quilted jackets to the Republic of Korea and European markets. From material selection to manufacturing, the company strictly complies with technical processes and quality standards required by international partners, fully meeting regulations on origin, product quality and occupational safety, thereby reinforcing its credibility with customers.

At wood processing, textile and garment, and leather–footwear factories, workers are currently working overtime while machinery operates continuously to meet final orders for delivery before the Lunar New Year. Many enterprises are focusing on improving technical standards and product designs, while strictly complying with environmental and labor regulations of export markets. These efforts are seen as key factors in maintaining reputation and securing stable orders amid increasingly fierce competition.
At Thai Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company in Vinh Tuy Commune, export orders for wooden flooring signed in the fourth quarter of 2025 are being delivered mainly at the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 to markets such as the United States and Cambodia. To avoid disruptions to partners’ supply chains, the company is accelerating production and expects to export around 2,000 cubic meters of wooden flooring by the end of January 2026. At the same time, the enterprise is expanding market outreach to European countries and investing nearly VND 900 million in a new material-drying system scheduled to come into operation in January 2026 to meet more stringent standards in the new year.
According to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade, total import–export turnover of goods by enterprises and through border gates in Tuyen Quang in 2025 is estimated at USD 1.03184 billion, up 86.44% year-on-year and exceeding the annual plan. Key export commodities with large value shares include tea, plywood, and PP tarpaulin fabric. In addition to traditional markets, many enterprises have proactively sought new partners and expanded exports to potential markets, gradually diversifying destinations, reducing risks and increasing added value for products.
Exports of agricultural and forestry products continue to play an important role in the province’s economic growth. Many local specialty products such as dried lotus seeds, bananas, tea, pomelo, guava leaf tea, cassava starch, honey and dried male papaya flowers have been exported not only to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland but also to markets including the United States, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the EU, Brazil, Pakistan, China, India and Russia.
Alongside efforts by enterprises, support from relevant authorities has helped create favorable conditions for production and export. Import–export and customs clearance procedures are handled promptly, while trade promotion and market connectivity activities are strengthened. Administrative reform, digitalization of customs dossiers and electronic customs clearance systems have helped shorten clearance times and provide enterprises with timely information on trade policies and safeguard measures in export markets.
The acceleration of production and efforts to ensure export progress, particularly for orders delivered before the Lunar New Year, not only demonstrate the adaptability of Tuyen Quang enterprises but also reaffirm their determination to maintain markets and enhance the international standing of the province’s export products.
