From the very first days of the new year, a vibrant and industrious atmosphere has taken hold across industrial parks and clusters in Tuyen Quang Province. From wood processing and paper production to steelmaking and construction materials, a strong spirit of labor competition is evident, reflecting the determination of businesses and workers to meet production targets and build momentum for industrial growth from the outset.

At Nam Quang Industrial Cluster, enterprises quickly resumed operations after the holiday break. Thai Hoang Trading Joint Stock Company has organized three continuous shifts around the clock to meet order demand, with nearly 400 managers and workers rotating shifts. Alongside boosting output, the company places strong emphasis on employee welfare, ensuring adequate nutrition and providing full labor protection equipment. In 2026, the company aims to produce and export about 35,000 cubic meters of plywood, targeting revenues of approximately VND 400 billion.

Also at Nam Quang, Hai Ha Paper Joint Stock Company restarted production in early January 2026, maintaining two shifts per day. This year, the factory is expected to produce and sell around 3,000 tons of base paper for export, providing stable employment for 45 workers and contributing about VND 2 billion to the state budget.

At Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., production is equally dynamic, with pig iron smelting and steel rolling lines operating continuously. Workers are organized into shifts and remain highly focused to ensure product quality and delivery schedules. The company has identified innovation in management, technological investment and improved production efficiency as key priorities for stable growth in 2026.

A similarly energetic scene can be seen at HTC Vina Co., Ltd.’s wood pellet plant, where modern production lines convert wood waste into biomass fuel. This approach not only reduces input costs but also contributes to environmental protection. The plant’s average output reaches about 600 tons per month, with products supplied to the domestic market and exported to demanding markets such as Japan and the European Union.

According to the Tuyen Quang Department of Industry and Trade, the province’s industrial production value in 2025 reached VND 33.4 trillion, up 16.6 percent year-on-year, contributing to a GRDP growth rate of 8.01 percent. The province currently has 20 key industrial products, including electricity, steel, cement, paper, processed wood, tea, garments and footwear.

Practical developments across industrial parks and clusters show that proactive production planning, technological investment, attention to worker welfare and strong support from local authorities have become key drivers of industrial development. With a high level of determination and momentum from the very beginning of the year, Tuyen Quang’s industrial sector is laying a solid foundation for sustained growth in the years ahead.
