Accordingly, the communication and propaganda work has been implemented flexibly, closely linked with patriotic emulation movements and practical activities. Notably, mobile information campaigns have been carried out with more than 20 mobile information vehicles reaching residential areas, commune and ward centers, villages and hamlets, especially in remote and disadvantaged areas, helping bring information about the Congress closer to the people through vivid, accessible and engaging forms. In addition, propaganda materials have been edited, recorded and provided in a unified manner to the grassroots information system, contributing to improved communication effectiveness.

Urban and rural areas have taken on a new look with a synchronized and dignified system of billboards, posters, banners, slogans and flags, creating a solemn yet vibrant political and cultural atmosphere. Messages praising the Party and President Ho Chi Minh and celebrating the 14th National Congress are harmoniously integrated into daily life.

Alongside visual propaganda, many community-based cultural activities with a high level of interaction have been organized. A highlight is the preparation of an art program commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, gathering more than 500 performers, amateur artists and guest singers. Folk dance clubs and grassroots art groups in various localities have actively participated, generating widespread impact.

The celebratory spirit in honor of the Party and the 14th National Congress has also spread strongly from Tan Trao – the Capital of the Liberation Zone, and Lung Cu – the sacred northernmost point of the country, to Dong Van and Meo Vac communes, with a series of distinctive art programs imbued with ethnic cultural identity. These activities have helped strengthen public confidence, inspire aspirations for development, and demonstrate the close bond between the Party’s will and the people’s hearts, contributing to the goal of building an increasingly prosperous and powerful Tuyen Quang Province and Vietnam as a whole.
