Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan at the Kim Binh Special National Historical Site.

At the culture house of Kim Binh Commune, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and the delegation presented gifts to 100 policy families and  200 gifts to disadvantaged students in communes of Vinh Quang, Kim Binh, Tri Phu, Kien Dai. The delegation also supported the construction of 10 houses for policy households in the district with the amount of VND500 million.
