The 9 Chum wine production and processing factory for exporting and producing products from wine lees of Khanh Xuan Trading and Production Company Limited in Xuan Van Commune (Yen Son).

In 2019, Khanh Xuan Trading and Production Company Limited was licensed by the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province to build a 3.6-hectare production factory in Xuan Van Commune (Yen Son) and became the first enterprise in the province to apply for a license to produce wine that meets TCVN-3 standards, with a capacity of 1.9 million liters/year, combining the secret of family winemaking and the 9 Chum wine making village in Xuan Van Commune.

Not only does the company produce pure wine, but it also researches to bring fruits into Shin Soju light wine for export, creating jobs for local people.

Shin Soju fruit wine line includes 9 flavors such as guava, lychee, mango, green apple, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, mixed fruit and the original flavor is the main export item. Because the light wine line is only 12 degrees, it suits the tastes of consumers in many countries, especially for women. The wine goes through 100 hours of steam distillation, so there are no toxins or harmful substances.

Khanh Xuan Trading and Production Company Limited aims for a green production process with a closed, circular production process. Currently, the factory area is 105,000 m2, of which 47,000 m2 is for construction, and more than 50,000 m2 will be used to build an ecosystem, where visitors can come and visit the ecosystem, experience the production process, and have beautiful places to "check-in".

The unit is also implementing a project to produce animal feed from wine lees and build a high-tech clean pig farming model (Tuyen Quang GREEN) to achieve green marks in the production process. When this model is completed, it will create a circular economic production model.

The total investment is expected to be about 130 billion VND, linking production with about 800 households in the area, expecting to create pork products that bring health benefits to consumers; create organic fertilizers that bring many benefits to crops and protect the soil better to provide for fruit growers in the North.

If this model can be applied at the 9 Chum factory, it will help attract tourists to Tuyen Quang, increase the attractiveness of tourism in Tuyen Quang as well as contribute to economic and social efficiency.
